⚙️ How it Works

Tokenize and manage your property on-chain

Title enables you to more freely and cheaply transact with your property via the follwoing:

  1. Identity Verification: Property owners and buyers verify their identity on Title.

  2. Ownership Verification and Property Tokenization: Title confirms the seller's property ownership and tokenizes the property using UMA’s Optimistic Oracle.

  3. Property Service Marketplace: Owners list properties using configurable sell formats. Buyers select services such as Title Search & Insurance, Appraisals, Inspections, and Lending.

  4. On-chain Service Records: Service providers attach on-chain claims to the tokenized property.

  5. Automated Escrow: Buyers click "Buy Now," triggering automated escrow that transfers funds and updates owner information on Title’s Property Registry.
